摘要
介绍了机器人的发展历史、机器人的定义和基本组成,分析了工业用机器人的示教编程方法以及弧焊机器人的选购和应用。在此基础上,以PANASONIC公司生产的具有较高精度且活动灵巧的PANASONIC-TA1400弧焊机器人为研究对象,介绍了该机器人示教组成系统、示教内容、示教方法及程序分析,分析了PANASONIC机器人操作系统以及指令的使用方法,做出其直线、圆弧、摆动焊接作业程序,并对该程序各指令的功能逐一进行了详细的分析和介绍。
The development history,definition and configuration of robot is studied.The system technology of the mainstream robot is mostly on teaching program stage.The passage briefly introduces the development of robots ,the theory and the purchasing application of arc welding robots,and analyses the teaching programming method of industrial robots.On the base of above,using the arc welding robot PANASONIC-TA1400 of Panasonic Company as example.Introduces the teaching programming system element,the teaching content and the teaching method.Also analyses the operating system and instructional methods of PANASONIC robots, supphes its straight lines ,circular arcs, and weaving welding operation routing.Every program of this routing is also been analyzed in detail.
