摘要
为了解决汽车白车身焊接机器人路径规划不合理的问题,将路径规划问题抽象为TSP问题的数学模型,分析了蚁群算法并将该算法应用于求解该问题。采用Matlab语言对典型的机器人焊接路径规划实例进行编程仿真,结果表明:不仅能够克服早熟现象,而且能够加快收敛速度,可以有效快速解决焊接机器人路径规划问题。
In order to solve the problem of some auto car-Body in white welding robots path planning reasonably and effectively ,This paper abstracts the problem of robot path planning into TSP mathematical model.ACO algorithm is analyzed and used to solve the problem.Finally,a typical robot welding path planning sample is simulated by using the language of Matlab.The result shows that this algorithm can avoid pre-maturity and advance constringeney.It can solve the problem effectively with a faster speed.
