摘要
在焊接过程中,焊接电流瞬间可达到几万A,这个瞬间大电流在焊接现场产生了很强的磁场。分析了不同电阻点焊方法所产生的磁场时频域特点,并基于此提出了点焊磁场测量装置的设计,给出了点焊磁场测量装置测量原理和数据处理流程。采用设计的磁场测量系统,实现了中频逆变点焊机电磁场的测量,并分析了测量设备的使用特点。通过一系列的测量试验,初步证实了自制磁场传感器在测量点焊电磁场方面的可行性,为今后研究点焊电磁场的空间分布提供了测量手段。
Resistance spot welding current generally reaches to thousands upon thousands ampere and changes continually in every welding cycle which generates strong time-variation electromagnetic field around the welding loop.In this paper,the characteristics of time-domain and frequency-domain on magnetic field generated by different methods of Resistance spot welding are analyzed.Based on them ,the device of magnetic field measurement on resistance spot welding is designed.The principle of measurement and flow chart of the data are 'also given.So the electromagnetic field of M F inverter Spot Welder is successfully measured and the characteristics of the equipment are analyzed.A series of experiments show that it is feasible to measure the magnetic field of resistance spot welding using self- made sensor.Furthermore, it provides measurement of spatial distribution of magnetic field on resistance spot welding for further research.
