摘要
从产生机理、影响方式等方面对不添加焊接填充材料自动化焊接中钨极的影响因素(钨极的直径、锥度大小、平台大小以及与焊件的距离)进行了综合分析。提出在不添丝自动TIG焊接中各种影响因素的选择依据和参考数据。指出在不添丝自动TIG焊生产中钨极使用时的注意事项。
This ＇article analyzed the influencing factors of tungsten for automatic welding without filler materials,which including the diameter, angel, cross section of tungsten, makes a general analysis about the generation rules and influencing ways of the influencing factors.From the analysis, also gives some advises for the choice and machining of tungsten and the factors we should notice during practical use.
