摘要
TD-SCDMA是中国具有自主知识产权的第三代移动通信标准,这一技术创新的成功是技术与社会多因素决定的结果。本文以行动者网络理论为视角,通过对TD-SCDMA技术创新过程的分析,揭示了技术与社会多因素制约技术创新的作用机制,进而提出我国当前促进技术创新的若干策略。
TD-SCDMA is the third generation mobile communications standard which China holds their own intellectual property rights. The success of this technology innovation is the determinative outcome of both technical and social factors. Based on the Actor Network Theory, this paper reveals the mechanisms of technical and social factors influencing technology innovation through the process of TD-SCDMA technology innovation, and some strategies to promote technology innovation in China are suggested then.
