农业可持续发展视角的农产品深加工问题分析

Anaysis of primary products further processing from the perspective of agricultural sustainable development

为探讨农业可持续发展视角的农产品深加工问题,认为现有农产品加工状态不利于农业可持续发展,存在企业加工层级浅、偏重效益指标应用、政策方向失误、创新能力不足、产业链条短等主要问题,分析了上述问题存在的原因,并有针对性地提出强化企业品级认定、完善考评指标体系、利用积极税收政策、强化科技创新和做实产业链等对策建议。

To dealt with the issues of deep processing of farm produce, from the perspective of sustainable development of agriculture, the state of processing farm produce is going against the sustainable development of agriculture. There are many problems such as low processing level,laying particular stress on the application of index of benefit , policy mistakes, lack of innovation and short industrial chain. The reasons for the above-mentioned problems are analyzed and pertinent solutions are proposed about the grade appraisal of enterprise, bettering index system for examination and appraisal, adopting pro-active policies in financing and taxation, accelerating scientific and technological innovation, making a good job of industry chain.
