摘要
针对高校和谐管理构建的内容,通过科学分析的方法,指出了高校和谐管理应将真正实现以人为本作为管理目标,以按需设置、责权对称原则合理设置管理机构,本着合情、合法、合理以及与时俱进的思想建立管理制度。同时不断提高管理人员的合作意识、创新意识、服务意识以及超前意识,才能构建全方位的管理体系,近而实现教育资源的开发和合理使用。
In view of the contents in building harmonious management of colleges and universities, with the scientific method, the paper points out that colleges' management objective should be based on the realization of peopleoriented concept, and the management authorities should be set up on the principle of demands and symmetrical powers. Moreover, the management system should be established on the spirit of fairness and justice, as well as up-to-date thoughts. At the same time, the management of the sense of cooperation, innovation, service awareness, as well as superior consciousness will be improved. Only in this way,can a full range of management system be built, and then come to the realization of development and rational use of educational resources.
