实践共同体支持下个人知识吸收能力模型

The Model of Personal Absorptive Capacity of Knowledge Based on the Community of Practice

个人知识吸收能力是知识创造和转移的基础,但是由于缺乏必要的载体和环境,其研究没有取得实质性的进展。实践共同体是知识创造的引擎。在本文中我们分析了知识转换模型、个人知识吸收能力之间的关系,提出了基于实践共同体的个人知识吸收能力研究模型,并分析了其中的认知情感、知识流程、环境场和绩效评估。

Personal absorptive capacity of knowledge is the basis of knowledge creation and transfer, however, its research has not made substantial progress due to lack of necessary carriers and environment. The Community of Practice （CoP） is the engine of knowledge creation. In this paper, we analyze the relationship between SECI model and personal absorptive capacity of knowledge. We also bring forward the conceptual model of personal absorptive capacity of knowledge based on the CoP, and analyze its cognitive sensibility, knowledge process, environmental field and performance evaluation.
