Research on the Purchasing Process of Digital Resources

随着信息技术、出版技术、存储技术和网络技术的发展,图书馆的馆藏体系结构发生了明显而深刻的变化,数字资源已经成为图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分。数字资源的采购流程与印刷型文献的采购流程有很大不同,需要处理的可变因素更多。本文对数字资源的采购流程,数字资源采购的原则,数字资源的收集、试用、评估、谈判、订购等方面做了具体的讨论。

With the development of information technology, publishing technology, storage technology and network technology, library collection structure has undergone obvious and profound changes. Digital resources have become an important part in the construction of library collection. The purchasing process of digital resources is quite different from that of printed documents, and there are more variables to be dealt with. This paper discusses the purchasing process and purchasing principles of digital resources, including the collection, trial-use, evaluation, negotiation and ordering.
