摘要
通过对瓦斯灾变运移机理的研究,充分考虑突出能量的释放特点,研究确定了安全防护关键技术及装置.以完善可靠的监测监控为纽带,形成了综合的防护体系,有效减少和降低了突出对矿井及其作业人员的危害,提高了突出矿井的抗灾能力.
The key technology and security devices were made by studing gas migration mechanism and features of the outburst energy release. By the reliability monitoring and control system, a comprehensive protection system was built, analyzed on strengthen the compositive safe protection of outburst coal mine through productive practice.
