扎克SKVJ单转杯雾化燃烧器是德国扎克公司著名的重油燃烧器,该燃烧器的特点是即使采用高粘度燃油时仍能保证优质燃烧。但在改烧国产重油后频频出现点火困难,熄火、冒黑烟和结焦等故障。本文从燃烧器结构、工作原理和国产重油与进口重油的油质特性差异分析出发,阐述了问题产生的根本原因,并提供了相应的处理措施。为解决现场实际问题提供参考。

Came from a German company, SKVJ single rotating atomizing burner using heavy oil can guarantee optimized burning even with high viscous fuel. However, if it uses domestic heavy oil, it will frequently have the failures of difficult ignition, extinguishment of fire, black smoke and coking. The paper analyzes the radical causes based on the structure, working principle of burner and the difference between domestic and imported heavy oil and put forward relevant troubleshooting.
