摘要
煅烧余热锅炉的热源是回转窑高温煅烧石油焦后产生的高温废烟气,这些高温烟气中含有大量的灰分、硫分,高温烟气流经锅炉受热面后,形成结渣、结焦、松灰、腐蚀等。本文主要对结焦、积灰形成的原因,以及对锅炉运行的影响进行了分析,并提出了具体的处理方法。
The hot source of waste heat boiler is heat smoke produced by calcining petroleum coke in rotary kiln, These heat smokes contain a great deal of ash cent, sulphur cent. When heat smoke current passes through heating area, it forms slag - bonding, cokiug, loose ash, corrosion etc.. This paper mainly analyzes the cause of coking, dust deposition, and the influence on the boiler running, and as puts forward concrete treating method.
