摘要
文章基于ZEMAX光学软件设计一套激光光束匀化光学系统，用于将激光高斯光束转化为平顶光束。从理论分析人手，在ZEMAX软件环境下，编写Macro命令，通过系统优化，完成出射激光束光强分布均匀化，满足系统设计要求。
Based on Zemax software, an optical system for homogenizaion of laser beam is designed, which is able to transform the Gaussian laser - type beams into flat - top ones. Under the Zemax developing environment, the Macro instructions are written starting with analysis of the beam shaping theory. By optimizing the system, homogenizaion of the output beam intensity distribution is achieved as required.
