摘要
在降负荷时,锅炉燃烧产生的热量加上释放出的蓄热等于输出功率对应的能量。虽然机组输出的功率大于当时燃用煤质机组的最低稳燃负荷,但其中包含锅炉蓄热产生的功率,所以,锅炉燃烧产生的热量对应的功率仍然小于对应煤质的最低稳燃负荷而使锅炉灭火。分析具体原因后,给出了具体的应对措施。
When the load was down, the energy corresponding to output power of unit is equal to the sum of the heat created by combustion in furnace and the released cumulative heat. The output power at this condition may still be greater than the minimum load for steady combustion of certain coal grade, but its one part is produced bv the boiler cumulative heat releasing, so the power produced by the combustion heat may be lees than the minimum load for steady combustion of the coal grade, and this will lead to extinguishment of boiler. According to analysis of concrete reason, the corresponding countermeasures were given.
