企业社会资本定量评价及其运营绩效分析

Quantitative Evaluation on Corporate Social Capital and Analysis on Its Operation Performance

为找出计算企业社会资本价值量和评价企业社会资本创造经济效益能力的数量化方法,本文重新定义了企业社会资本,进而建立了一套房地产企业社会资本三维度定量评价模型,并以我国广西区内12家房地产企业为样本,综合运用层次分析法等多种科学分析方法对样本企业的社会资本及其运营绩效进行了定量评价。研究结果表明,样本企业的社会资本价值量与其净资产收益率之间存在线性相关关系。据此,提出企业社会资本运营绩效定量评价的应用思路。

In order to find out a quantitative method to calculate the value of social capital utilized by an enterprise,and to evaluate the capability of such amount of social capital to create economic benefits, this paper redefines the concept of corporate social capital, and establishes a three-dimensional quantitative evaluation model for real-estate enterprises. With the comprehensive application of several scientific methods such as Analytic Hierarchy Process,it evaluates the amount of corporate social capital and operation performance of 12 sample real-estate enterprises in Guangxi. The results illustrate that there exists a linear correlation between corporate social capital and return on net assets of sample enterprises. On these grounds,it puts forth application paths to evaluate quantitatively operation performance of corporate social capital.
