摘要
水火电量置换是电力发展史上的一个全新理念,是合理利用资源,解决火电发电成本不断攀升与水电弃水浪费间突出矛盾的有效途径,是确保电力产业结构调整顺利实施,提高社会综合效益的一项创举。本文从经济效益和社会效益等多方面综合论证水火电量置换的可行性,提出了水火电厂参与电量置换的经济效益核算模式和社会效益的定量分析指标和计算方法。
Replacement of hydro and thermal electricity is a new concept in the power history of the development, which is an effective way to resolve the highlight contradictionsbetween the thermal power generation costs rising and disposable water in hydro power and rational use of resources. It is to ensure the smooth implementation of the power of the industrial structure adjustment, improve so- cial benefits of an innovation. This article general demonstrates the feasibility of replacement of hydro and thermal electricity from the economic and social benefits etc. , and proposed the accounting model of the economic benefits, the quantitative analysis indicators of the social benefits and calculation methods.
