目前利用单细胞油的方式包括生产特种油脂、作为生活消费品中植物油的替代品以及作为石油基燃料的替代品。基于地利用生物柴油副产物甘油的兴趣,介绍了利用工业甘油培养弯假丝酵母菌方面开展优化油脂生产条件的工作,并以弯假丝酵母为例,阐述了产油酵母菌的研究和发展前景。
