针对传统的高层建筑功能比较单一,服务空间体系较为封闭的特点,高层建筑呈现出集多种功能在单个整体内协调发展的新型建筑形式,在阐述了高层商住综合体建筑类型和特征的基础上,对其发展趋势进行了展望,以促进高层建筑的发展。
