摘要
主要介绍了如何利用组织措施、技术措施、经济措施、合同措施来进行施工项目的进度控制,并指出只有将四个措施作为一个进度目标总体统筹考虑,反复协调,认真分析施工进度的影响因素,才能实现整个项目进度目标的最优控制。
In this paper the progress control of construction project is mainly introduced from four aspects: organization measures, technical measures, economic measures and contract measures. Author points out that those four measures should be roundly considered as one progress target and factors influencing construction progress should be seriously analyzed to realize optimum control of the schedule target of whole project.
