指出造价工程师在监理工作中是建设项目造价工作的重要组织者和负责人,在投资控制过程中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,从造价工程师在设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算四个阶段的投资控制工作进行了分析,以实现投资效益的最大化。
Researchers point out that the cost engineer is the important organizer and person in charge of the construction project cost work in the supervision work, and have a irreplaceable and important effect in the process of the investment control, get analysis on the investment control work of the cost engineer in four periods of design, bidding, construction and completion settlement, so as to realize the maximization of the investment benefit.
