The concept of urban green system was illustrated, the urban green space ration calculation was analyzed, and the significance of breathing urban green system building was discussed. The effective measures of building natural ecological city were proposed. It pointed out that building ecological city should build ecological environment firstly, therefore promoted ecological city building.
