摘要
为了提高光栅单色仪的自动化程度、数据采集的实时性和数据分析的准确性,以Borland C++ Builder 6.0为开发环境,提出了光谱测量系统应用软件的设计方案,实现人机交互界面,并且完成信号的采集和处理。实验表明,较之以往的手动测量,该系统提高了仪器的自动化程度、扫描速度和测量精度。
In order to improve the automatic degree of grating monochromator, the real time of data collection and the accuracy of data analyses,using Borland C++ Builder 6.0 as the development environment, the design plan of application software of spectrum measurement system is put forward, the humancomputer interaction is realized, and the signal collection and procession are finished. Experiment shows that compared with the former manual measurement, this system is improved in automatic degree of grating monochromator,scanning speed and measuring accuracy.
