几种激光光斑中心定位算法的比较 被引量:56

摘要 针对光斑中心定位在激光精密测量中几种光斑中心定位方法,建立了实验系统,对灰度重心法、椭圆中心二次拟合、高斯分布拟合以及高斯累积分布拟合法处理普通光斑的能力进行了比较。结果表明高斯累积分布法不但提供了较高了的定位精度,而且省去了背景噪声的处理过程,加快了处理的速度。同时给出了这些方法在实际应用中的适用条件。 This paper compares some popular methods of calculating the center position of beam spot such as gray barycentric method, elliptical fitting, Gaussian distribution and cumulative Gaussian distribution. An experiment system is established and result proves that calculation method based on cumulative Gaussian distribution provides high accuracy and leaves out background noise processing. The application situations of the methods are also summarized in this paper.
