Research Report on Relics Police System in Henan Province

20世纪80至90年代,河南省在应对文物犯罪的专门公安机构方面尝试过景区文物派出所、文物缉私队等形式。2006年以来,又大力推广把文物派出所建到文物部门的新体制,由于省级领导高度重视、公安和文物部门通力合作,着力进行体制职能创新,在文物警察机构建设和打击文物犯罪方面取得了可喜成绩。

From the 1980s to the 1990s, some forms such as relics police station in scenic spots, anti - relics smuggling squad were used in dealing with relics crime in Henan. Since 2006, a new system of setting up relics police station into relics department is greatly promoted. With the great emphasis of provincial leaders and the good cooperation between police and relies organs, great improvements have been achieved on structure construction of relics police and the attack to the relics crime by innovating the systemetic function.
