单核苷酸多态性及其在法庭科学中的应用

摘要 单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs),是人类基因组中特定位置上单个碱基的变异而引起的DNA的多态性。作为第三代遗传标记,SNPs在法庭科学中的个体识别和亲子鉴定中具有重要的作用。本文介绍了单核苷酸多态性的特性及在法庭科学中的应用。 Single nucleotide polymorphisms are human genetic variation, that is one base variation in special site of human genetic. Single nucleotide potymorphisms is the third generation genetic marker. SNPs in the forensic science of paternity test and personal identification have important roles. This report mainly describs the SNPs characteristics and using in the forensic science.
