摘要
从公安院校学员亚规范行为产生的现象入手,通过对某公安院校部分学员进行问卷调查,分析学员亚规范行为产生的原因,提出了如何克服学员亚规范行为的具体措施,使公安院校警务化管理更加科学规范,使学员真正养成作风优良、纪律严明、训练有素的警察职业素养。
