摘要
日本自20世纪70年代开始就由农民自发兴起了创意农业活动,大分县的"一村一品"运动是初期创意农业的典型代表,近年来由政府倡导并推动的通过开展绿色休闲活动以及振兴都市农业、设立都市菜园、建设美丽乡村和优良田园住宅、鼓励都市居民到农山渔村定居、半定居从事农业劳动或农业劳动体验等城乡交流融合活动促进新农村建设的全民运动,则使日本创意农业的发展迈上了一个新台阶。
Japanese farmers began to carry out the idea of creative agriculture at the beginning of the 1970s, among which Oita's "One Village One Product" movement is a typical representative of the early practices. In recent years, the Japanese government have taken a series of measures to facilitate the development of rural areas. These measures include improving the green tourism activities, developing urban agriculture, setting up urban gardens, building beautiful countryside environment and good rural homes, and prompting an urban- rural amphibian lifestyle by encouraging urban dwellers to move to villages to take agricultural work or experiences. As a result, the Japanese creative agriculture has come into a new stage of development.
