煤挥发分测定的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influence Factors of Volatile Matter Measuration for Coal

煤的挥发分测定是一规范性很强的实验,其结果受水分含量,加热温度、位置、时间,所用坩埚的质量、形状、材质及坩埚盖的密封程度等因素影响。改变任何一项实验条件,都会影响测定结果。通过大量实验,对影响煤的挥发分测定的各种因素进行了分析,提出了提高挥发分测定精度的有效措施。

The experimentation of volatile matter mensuration in coal has strict criterion, its test results are controlled by lots of factors, e. g. heating temperature, heating time, crucible quality, crucible shape, crucible material and hermetic capability of crucible cover. If any test conditions are changed, test results will be vary. According to plentiful experimental data, this paper analysed influence factors of volatile matter mensuration in coal, and proposed some effective measures to improve test accuracy.
