在建筑物施工过程中应用沉降观测加强过程监控，指导合理的施工工序，可避免因沉降造成的建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝，避免经济损失。为了使高层建筑中沉降观测更具有可操作性，通过对实际操作过程的分析，提出了切实可行的操作程序和具体操作步骤，并介绍了施工中遇到建筑物沉降观测精度和曲线绘制方面问题应采取的措施。

In order to avoid the destruction to building main structure, shun forming cracks affecting the construction function and to decrease the economic loss, settlement observation technique is used to enhance process monitoring in the process of building construction, and to guide reasonable construction procedure. In order to make observation have more maneuverability, according to the analysis of practical operation, the paper proposed achievable process and specific steps, and put forward the countermeasures on how to deal with the problems in the project.
