浅谈人的全面发展及其动力

Briefly on People's All-round Development and its Motive Force

如今人的全面而自由发展问题己成为社会历史进程中的首要问题之一。而人的发展是由多种动力推进的:人的需要的发展是引起人不断发展的自身内在的精神性动力,人的实践活动的发展是促使人不断发展的自身外在的物质性动力,社会环境的发展则是实现人不断发展的外部环境条件。在我国当前形式下,贯彻落实科学发展观,坚持以人为本,就是为促进人的发展创造条件并在一定意义上提供了人的发展的动力支持。

The issue about people＇s all-round and free development has recently become one of those of the first importance in the historical progress of the society. People＇s development is motivated by many forces：the development of people＇s needs is the internal spiritual force for people＇s consistant development, the development of people＇s practical activity is the external material force, and the development of social environmnent is the external environmental condition. In the current situation of our country, to carry out the scientific outlook on development, and adhere to putting people first, just mean to create conditions for the promotion of people＇s development, and thus providing, in some sense, the motive force for it.
