The method of using the boat for laying pipes and the constructing technology used in the feed pipe laying are introduced,in which used ＂vehicle channelling method＂launcher slide and ＂arc＂bracket slide to carry out the hang ＂the opposite direction of the shape of S＂ pipe laying.It caused the most economical investment,the shortest time limit for the project,it also solved the technical problems well of the water supply project in the deep sea and it can use for reference to the other wate supply projects in the deep sea which under the similar situation.
