摘要
为使数控铣床在加工过程中得到较高的加工精度和效率,必须对机床的组成部分进行优化设计,基于传递矩阵法的思想,对某数控铣床的主传动系统建立集中质量模型,在得出其固有频率的基础上,通过计算模态柔度和能量分布率找出主传动系统的薄弱环节,进行动态优化设计,从而使铣床的抗振性能最好.
In order to achieve the better accuracy and ponents of the machine must be optimized. According efficiency in the process of the milling machine, the comto the transmit matrix law, the lumped mass model of the main transmission system of the milling machine is set up. The weakness of the main system is found by calculating the natural frequency, model gentle degree and the distributing rate of energy. And last, the structure is optimized by the dynamic design to achieve better performance of seismic resistance.
