摘要
随着自动化仓储设施的广泛应用,不断要求提高堆垛机的效率.在取存货物的过程中,堆垛机的存取货装置起着重要的作用.对巷道式堆垛机的货叉进行力学分析,得到了堆垛机在极限状态下货叉的变形情况,对货叉结构的优化设计提供了一种参考.
With the wide use of automated storage facilities, the efficiency of the stacker needs to be improved more and more. The stacker devices play an important role in the process of goods storage and taking. This paper gives the mechanical analysis of the tunnel--type cargo stacker fork, the limit of deformation for stacker in a state of goods cross, which provides reference for the optimized design of goods fork structure.
