摘要
讨论了工程项目施工中成本预测、成本控制、成本核算与分析的管理工作,如何完善工程项目成本管理,搞好成本预测、确定成本控制目标.围绕成本目标,确立成本控制原则,并采取措施确保项目成本目标的实现.
This paper discusses the management work of cost calculation, cost control, cost accounting and analysis in the project construction, analyzes how to improve the management of project costs and the cost forecast, and how to determine cost--control objectives. It takes cost objectives as key problem to determine the principle of cost control, and the measures to assure the cost objective of project construction are presented.
