摘要
用成熟的方法合成了固体酸SO42-/Fe2O3,并将其作为催化剂代替浓硫酸以异丙醇和水杨酸为原料合成水杨酸异丙酯.研究了催化剂的类型对水杨酸异丙酯酯化产率的影响;考查并优化了固体酸催化合成水杨酸异丙酯的工艺条件.实验结果表明:以固体酸为催化剂时酯化反应的产率明显高于其他催化剂催化条件下酯化反应的产率,并且在优化的工艺条件下,投料比为1:5(水杨酸:异丙醇)、催化剂占15%、反应7小时,得到水杨酸异丙酯的酯化产率最高.
A synthesis of isopropyl salicylate using solid acid SO4^2-/Fe2O8 as catalyst is studied. The yield of isopropyl salicylate is influenced by different catalysts and the esterification process condition. The experimental results show that the yield of isopropyl salicylate using solid acid SO4^2-/Fe2O3 as catalyst is higher than the yield of isopropyl salicylate other material as catalysts. In the presence of 15 % of the catalyst (with respect to the total mass of the two reactants), reaction of salicylic acid with isopropanol (inl:5molar ratio) for 7 hours, we get the max yield of isopropyl salicylate.
