摘要
从大型车架滑轨副的结构、装配及试验入手,分析了导致滑轨副摩擦配合面划伤的原因及机理,通过分析和试验,摸索出了滑轨副的防划伤技术,提高了滑轨副的运行可靠性。
Structure, assembly and experiment of sliding rail pairs in large vehicle chassis are discussed in this paper. The cause and mechanism of scratches are analyzed according to theory and experiment. Anti-scratch technology is developed, which can be used to improve the reliability of sliding rail pairs.
