红外热像仪防辐射罩冷挤压成形技术研究

摘要 星载红外热像仪防辐射罩为多台阶锥筒形薄壁零件,材料为较软的铅质材料,加工难度较大。为了解决加工成形的难题,对各种加工方法(切削、拉伸、旋压、冷挤压)进行了分析、对比和试验验证,最终采用冷挤压技术解决了防辐射罩加工成形的难题,而且加工成形的防辐射罩满足各项技术要求,加工成品率很高,材料消耗小,成本低,效果良好。 The radiation shield of satellite infrared thermal imager is multi-step thin conical part, which is made of lead and difficult to machine. In order to solve the machining problem, analysis, contrast and test acceptance are carded out to the various methods (cutting, tension, spinning, cold extrusion) ; at last, the machining of the radiation shield is solved by the cold extrusion forming technique. The machined ones can meet all the technical requirements, and the rate of finished product can be very high with little material consumption, low cost and good effect.
