Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3基无铅压电织构陶瓷的制备

摘要 选择0.92Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.08BaTiO3作为研究对象,以具有各向异性的一维针状和二维片状的籽晶作为模板,采用(反应)模板生长法法制备无铅压电织构陶瓷。结果表明:以片状Bi2.5Na3.5Nb5O18为籽晶模板制备了0.92Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.08 BaTiO3织构陶瓷,而以针状KSr2Nb5O15为籽晶模板未制备出织构陶瓷,其主要原因是针状KSr2Nb5O15定向分布困难,其表面存在晶体缺陷而导致晶粒异常生长而未获得织构陶瓷。 Taking 0.92Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.08BaTiO3 as the object of studying, a lead-free textured piezoelectric ceramics was fabricated by (Reactive) Templated Grain Growth method with the needle-like and plate-like particles as templates. The results show that 0.92Na0.5B0.5TiO3-0.08BaTiO3 textured ceramics was achieved with the plate-like Bi2.5Na3.5Nb5O18 and wasn't formed with the needle-like KSr2Nb5O15. The main reasons are that KSr2Nb5O15 can't be arranged directionally and the crystal defects on the surface result in abnormal growth of the grains.
