轴力下空间XK型圆钢管相贯节点的承载力计算 被引量:3

摘要 空间XK型圆钢管相贯节点在大跨度空间桁架中得到很好地应用,但目前关于该节点极限承载力的计算方法尚不完善。在试验的基础上,对36个空间XK型圆钢管相贯节点进行双重非线性有限元分析,计算了其极限承载力;探索了不同几何参数和加载方式对该类节点极限承载力的影响规律;根据分析结果并借鉴平面K型圆钢管相贯节点的承载力计算公式,考虑空间效应的影响,提出了空间XK型圆钢管相贯节点的承载力建议公式。采用建议公式对相关试件进行计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。 Multi-planar XK joints of steel tubular have been widely used in large span truss structures.However,the ultimate strength design method of this kind of joints is not perfect.Based on the experimental results,36 multi-planar XK joints of steel tubular subjected to axial loads are analyzed with no-linear finite element method and their ultimate strength are obtained.The effects of different geometric parameters and loads on the ultimate strength of multi-planar XK joints of steel tubular are investigated.According to the analysis results and the ultimate strength formula of uniplanar K joints of steel tubular,the ultimate strength equations of multi-planar XK joints of steel tubular are proposed.Finally,the specimens are calculated by the proposed equations and the calculating results are good agreement with experimental ones.
