摘要
从企业资源论的基本观点出发,将互补资源因素θ引入具有复合实物期权性质的企业研发期望净现值函数中,分析资源互补程度对企业合作创新行为的影响,认为当θ趋于无穷大时企业选择立即合作收益最大;当θ趋于零时企业应选择独立开发战略;当0<θ<∞时,企业则需要择机进行合作。
Resource-based views of a firm and complementary factor 19 are introduced during innovation cooperation into the R&D net expectancy function V(x). Then, it discusses different scenarios of return with variation of θ. Finally,it concludes the return of innovation cooperation will be maximized when 19 approaches infinity and the return of independent R&D will be maximized when θ approaches zero. It's up to the enterprise to decide the timing to cooperate when θ fluctuates between zero and infinity.
