产业集群中技术创新扩散系统要素构成与特征分析

Analysis of Component Parts and Characteristics of Technological Innovation Diffusion System in Industry Cluster

在产业集群中,技术创新扩散产生乃至最终获得扩散效果首先依赖于存在完整的扩散动力系统作为扩散的基础。本文作为研究产业集群中技术创新扩散动力机制的重要组成部分,通过将扩散动力机制的各要素置于一个满足产业集群中创新要求的动力系统中,发挥其对创新扩散的促进作用。本文首先对技术创新扩散动力系统的构成要素进行探讨,分别从扩散动力源、扩散株、扩散宿和扩散域等展开;其次就技术创新扩散动力系统的层次性、时空完备性、梯度性和非线性动态演化性等四个方面的特征对这个系统进行了阐述;最后对这个系统从静态到发生演化的必要基础进行了探讨,从而建立了完整的产业集群中技术创新扩散动力系统。

In industry cluster, generating the technological innovation diffusion and obtaining the diffusion results depends on an integrated motivational system as the basis of the diffusion. This paper has set up a motivational system as the important part of innovation satisfying the demand of industry cluster. Each factor of motivational mechanism contributing to innovation diffusion should be included in that system. Firstly, the paper has analyzed the component parts of that system consisting of motivation fountain, plant, lodging and field of diffusion. Secondly, the characteristics of that system, i.e. hierarchy, integrality of space-time, gradient and non-linear ＆ dynamic evolving, have been expanded thoroughly. Lastly, the prerequisite basis of system from static state to evolution has been discussed. So, a complete motivational system of technological innovation diffusion in industry cluster has been set up.
