农民工“可行能力”的贫困

Migrant Workers' Capability Poverty

"农民工"是在城乡二元结构和工业化两种力量作用下的特殊产物,在社会中整体处于弱势地位。本文采用了阿马蒂亚.森的"可行能力"视角,分析了农民工群体总体处于社会弱势地位的原因——"可行能力"贫困。而"可行能力"贫困的具体原因是五种"工具性自由"的缺失。文章按照工具性自由的五个维度具体分析了农民工群体"可行能力"贫困的原因,并在最后给出几条提升农民工"可行能力"的对策。

The migrant workers have come into being because of the dual structrue of cities and the countryside and the industrialization. They are in a disadvantageous position. Under the situation of constructing a well-off, all-around and harmonious society, the whole society has paid much attention to the survival condition and social position of migrant workers, and the other problems concerning these people. Migrant workers have a disadvantageous position in the society. So to realize the status and to solve the social questions of migrant workers is inevitably the request for the construction of socialist and hamonious society. The paper analyzes the reason why migrant workers are at disadvantageous status from the view of Amatya·Sen＇s theory of capabilities-poverty of ＂capbilities＂, whose concrete reasons deal with the lack of five instrumental freedoms. The paper analyzes the concrete reasons of poverty of ＂capbilities＂. At last, the paper promotes some countermeasures to improve the ＂capabilities ＂ of migrant workers.
