摘要
杜威是实用主义美学的核心人物,他认为审美经验根源于日常经验,但是日常经验要转变为真正的审美经验,还需要创造和满足多项条件。世俗的日常经验向审美经验的圆成,这之间存在一个内在超越的张力场域。一些美学家拿杜威的审美经验论为大众流行文化作辩护,为日常生活审美化找依据,其根本原因就在于忽视了杜威美学思想中的理想性和人文性精神。
Dewey is the key person of the Pragmatist Aesthetics who holds that aesthetic experiences are rooted in daily experiences, but some indispensable conditions are needed to turn the daily experiences into the aesthetic ones. There is a tension field between the two experiences. Some modern aestheticians want to defend popular culture and find grounds for the daily aesthetic experiences with the theory of the aesthetic experiences of Dewey just because they have ignored the ideal and humanistic spirit in Dewey's theory.
