Study on the Biological Catalog of Medical Vectors for China Ports.

摘要 〔目的〕通过对口岸医学媒介生物区系研究,客观、科学表述口岸医学媒介生物的组成、分布规律,以有效管理和监测媒介生物,提高对媒介传染病可能从国境口岸传入的客观性和科学性的判断,保护国境口岸安全和人体健康。〔方法〕收集全国口岸各出入境检验检疫局不同时期的医学媒介生物本底调查资料,进行整理,统计、分类、复核、补充完善。建立全国口岸医学媒介生物区系分布信息资料数据库。〔结果〕截止到2006年底,全国口岸统计有11类媒介生物,共760种,分布于2界、3亚界,分布在7区、17亚区之中。〔结论〕该研究首次描述了中国国境口岸医学媒介生物的区系分布情况,在口岸医学媒介生物监测和管理上起指导和比对作用。 Objective To study medical vectors fauna at frontier port and reflect medical vectors composition and distribution patterns objectively and scientifically at frontier port. In order to control and monitor medical vectors effectively and protect the safety of frontier ports and human health, an objective and scientific judgment can be better obtained on the vector-borne diseases that might possibly spread from the frontier ports. Method The national medical vectors background information at different historical period was collected from all frontiner ports for classification, statistical, analysis, audit, supplemented and improvement. Eventually, a nation wide databases of medical vetor fauna distribution have been established. Result By the end of 2006, 760 kinds of medical vectors of 11 categories have been classified, which belong to the second community and the third sub-region as well as in the seventh area and the seventeenth sub-region. Conclusion It is the first time to describe the information of national medical vectors fauna distribution at frontier port. Meanwhile it will play an instructional and supervisory role in controlling and monitoring medical vectors at frontier port.
