The effect of human resource allocation of venous medicine disposing center

目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心护理人力资源调配的效果。方法:将传统的2人组2班制(早班、白班)调配为3人组2班制,并重建白班工作流程。结果:白班时间利用率提高8.32%,各班实际工作时间最大差距由3.2h缩短为1.0h,患者用药开始及结束时间均提前20min。结论:人力资源调配后,各班护士在班时间及工作量差距明显减少,工作效率及服务质量进一步提高。

Objective：To explore the effect of human resource allocation of venous medicine disposing center. Methods： The working allocation was changed from two shifts and two persons per shift to two shifts and three persons per shift. The day shift procedure was reconstructed. Results： The day time utilization rate was increased 8.32%.The highest work time gap of different shifts was shortened form 3.2 hours to 1 hour. The beginning and finish time of patient medical treatment were advanced 20 minutes. Conclusion： After the allocation of human resource, the gap of work time and work load of different shifts decreased, and the work efficiency and service quality promoted.
