成都市三级综合医院合同制护士满意度调查研究 被引量:23

Investigation of contract nurses’job satisfaction at Third-Class general hospitals in Chengdu

摘要 目的:了解成都市三级综合医院合同制护士工作满意度现状。方法:以成都市三级综合医院合同制护士为研究对象,使用明尼苏达工作满意度问卷(MSQ)对1221名合同制护士进行问卷调查。结果:满意度各维度得分有差异,依次为内在满意度、一般满意度、外在满意度(中位数分别为:2.667,2.600,2.500),满意度得分最高的条目依次为:道德价值、社会地位、同事(中位数分别为:3,3,3),满意度得分最低的条目依次为:报酬、提升、活动(指员工所承担工作和任务的劳动强度,中位数分别为:1,2,2)。不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、工作年限和职称的合同制护士工作满意度得分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:合同制护士对道德价值、社会地位、同事最满意,对报酬、提升、活动最不满意,不同年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限、职称合同制护士工作满意度没有差异。 Objective: To investigate contract nurses’ job satisfaction at Third-Class general hospitals in Chengdu city. Methods: 1221 contract nurses in eight Third-Class general hospitals were investigated by short-form Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Results: The score of three dimensions, including intrinsic satisfaction, general satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction were statistically different (median 2.667, 2.500 and 2. 600, respectively). The first three most satisfactory items were moral values, social status and colleagues (median: 3, 3, 3). The last three were compensation, promotion and work intensity (median: 1, 2, 2). No significant differences were found among different ages, marriage status, education levels, duration of employment and professional title groups (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: Contract nurses were most satisfied with moral values, social status and colleagues and dissatisfied with compensation, promotion and work intensity.
