This article was to summarize the English training before the Olympic Game and explore the effective English training method. By mobilization training, universal training, and reinforcement training, nurses accomplished the Olympic nursing service smoothly and successfully. The experience of good English training effect were： leaders paying attention and promoting training by competition; department solidification and creating good training atmosphere; good helping bad and promoting together; construction self-confidence and revealing nurses’ elegant demeanor; selecting suitable training material to promote training effect.
