在高校计算机学科大力推行双语教学是我国面向新时期培养优秀的、具有国际竞争力的IT人才的需要。本文通过调查与分析,论述了计算机学科开展双语教学的必要性,列举了高校计算机学科双语教学中必须面对的七个基本问题,并结合实践经验,探讨了解决这七个基本问题及提高双语教学效果的方法。

In order to develop the outstanding IT expert with international competition ability, it is required to carry out bilingual teaching in universities in our country. This paper discusses the importance and necessity of bilingual teaching in computer science, lists the challenges in bilingual teaching of computer science in universities, presents the proposal to solve the problems, the methods to improve the efficiency of bilingual teaching, and the full architecture of bilingual teaching.
