从就业形势看地方本科院校计算机专业教育

Computer Specialty Education of Local Universities from the Employment Situation

近年来地方高校计算机专业的本科毕业生就业率及就业质量持续降低,受到社会的普遍关注。本文从计算机专业教育的现状出发,分析了目前计算机专业的就业形势和大学生面临的就业困境,通过对学校的课程设置、学生的学习态度和实践能力的培养三个方面的分析,探求导致就业困境的主要原因,提出只有彻底改革培养方案、加强专业思想教育和开展广泛的校企合作才能走出困境。

In recent years, the undergraduate studying the computer specialty in the local university has faced a continuously decreasing on the employment rate and the employment quality. This phenomenon is drawing a universal attention. Based on the education situation of computer specialty, the employment situation and difficulties are analyzed in this paper. In order to find the main reasons for the difficulties, three aspects including the curriculum, the study attitude and the practical ability are discussed. Accordingly, the solution emphasizes three measures, that is, reforming completely training plan, strengthening ideological education about specialty, developing widely cooperation between school and enterprise.
