摘要
从监控系统的功能原理出发,结合当前监控系统技术的最新发展,综合运用媒体视频技术、计算机网络技术和相关控制技术,探讨了实现监控系统视频/音频的数字化、系统的网络化、应用的多媒体化以及管理的智能化的方案及其不足.该设计方案将传统的视频、音频及控制信号数字化,以IP包的形式在信道上传输,并实现了本地和远程的集中监控、集中管理.
Based on the function and the principle of the Monitoring System and the latest technology development, and by integrated the use of video technology ,computer networking technology and associated control technology. The paper achieved a digital video monitoring system. The system realized video/audio digitization, multi-media applications, intelligent management and connecting to the Internet. The system digitizes video, audio and control signals of traditional system. The signals transmit on the channel in the form of IP packets. It also realized local and remote centralized control and management.
